A very well made solid oak French side table in the manner of Charles Dudouyt c1940. Halfway between a side table and a pedestal, this size would be particularly useful for a lamp and features a chunky sculptural stem with a hand turned wooden top and base.
The piece has been sympathetically restored by my local West London restorer and is completely solid, there are still a few characterful signs of its past use and life.
