Shipping

Currently we are only offering shipping within the UK, especially on the larger and more delicate items but please do get in touch if you are overseas and there is anything that has caught your eye, we might be able to work something out.

Shipping within the UK

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of each item. Combined shipping will be applied to most orders.

For those larger items that may be too big, heavy or fragile for standard shipping, please select the 'pick up in store' option. We can then provide a shipping date and delivery quote based on your location.

Collection

We offer a free collection service from W5, London and Lewes, East Sussex. If collection is something that would work best for you, again please select the ‘pick up in store’ option and we can work together to find a suitable time for collection.

Packaging

We take great care in being as sustainable as I possibly can with all my packaging and general paper use. No two parcels look the same quite like the pieces I sell, please try and reuse where possible. Your item will be packed carefully ensuring that it arrives to you safely.

Where is my order?

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, if you can’t find it please do get in touch with us – oldloversantiques@gmail.com.

Returns

Before purchasing your item please study the piece and it’s description. All items are vintage and antique and may show imperfections, this includes signs of age wear, general use and patination. This is part of the charm of buying vintage and antique items and pieces are priced accordingly based on this as well. Each item has been carefully selected, photographed and measured accurately, if you have any more questions regarding each piece please get in touch.

A change of heart

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep your item, please get in touch at oldloversantiques@gmail.com within 48 hours upon receiving your item. Items will need to be shipped back to us within 10 working days and shipping costs will need to be covered by you. Once the item has been received you will be reimbursed the full amount of the item minus the original shipping costs. Please understand that if an item is returned back to us and gets damaged in transit this will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Damaged items & other issues

In the unusual case of damage in transit or the item is flawed in any way that hasn’t been shown or described in the listing, a full refund including shipping will be issued. Please send photos and description of the damage including photos of the packaging it arrived in within 14 days.

Please send an email starting with the order number and followed by the photos to start the refund process.

You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember each bank has different processing times and it may take a little longer to receive your refund. If more then 14 days have passed please get in touch so we can look into it for you.
