Bernard and Shoji built the first British version of the Japanese kiln here on their return and their work is known for natural, subdued tones inspired by the Chinese Song dynasty and Korean Yi dynasty, including Tenmoku (rich brown\/black), Celadon (pale green), and ash glazes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eThis little jug is a mid century creation by one of the employees under Bernard Leech for the standard ware range.
